Terms:

Due to the covid 19 outbreak extra precausions are taken in shipping your order. gloves and disinfectants used.  We will remain open but added causion is taken.

-Prices are in Canadian Funds

-applicable taxes will be added to prices shown (except bullion) even though some items say "included"

-Shipping prices are for in Canada only. phone for quote outside of Can.

-payments on line can be made by PayPal,

-Phone in or email orders: payments can be  made by Visa/MC, e-tranfer, money order,bank draft, or Certified Cheques

-Cheques must be cleared by bank prior to shipment being released

-We are not responsible for payments sent with cash

-There will be a surcharge of 4% on all bullion orders if Pay Pal is used,phone first

-We reserve the right to limit quantities

-We reserve the right to refuse any order

-We reserve the right to change Terms & Policies at any time

-Standard images are used to show design only and may not be the items shipped

-A fee off $30.00 will be charged for any NSF cheques

-Free shipping on all orders over $500.00  (excluding GST) in Canada

-Medicine Hat orders to be picked up at Co-op Mall location  3030 13 Ave SE (Bristo coffee shop)

Returns:

-There will be no Return on Bullion items

-Customers will have 14 days to return any product in unopened package if not satisfied

-Shipping and handling is not refundable

Consignment:

-There will be a 5% fee for consigning items

-Shipping and handling of $8.00 for these items is allowed for

-additional shipping and handling charges will be the responsiblity of owner of item

-Item displayed is at the discression of R J Coins

-R J Coins is not responsible for misrepresented items
